  • Business or Commercial Purposes: As detailed in the "Use of Personal Information" section, including providing services, security, debugging, analytics, internal research, short-term transient use, and, where applicable, advertising and marketing.
  • Retention: We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention periods may range from the duration of your account or subscription plus up to 3 years, and for analytics logs up to 26 months, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
  • Selling/Sharing: We do not sell Personal Information for money. We may share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described above unless you opt out.
  • Required or Optional: You may choose not to provide certain information; however, some features may not function without it (e.g., account access or newsletter delivery).

Your Privacy Rights

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the following rights, subject to legal exceptions:

Response Time: We aim to respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. We may extend by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we will inform you of the reason for the extension.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah Residents

Residents of these states may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of certain Personal Data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Data, and certain profiling. Nevada Residents

Nevada law allows consumers to opt out of the sale of Personal Information for monetary consideration. We do not sell Personal Information for money; however, you may still submit a request to opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Nevada Do Not Sell Request."

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Data Security

Our Services do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We recognize and process Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required by applicable law.

Financial Incentives

We do not offer programs that provide a price or service difference in exchange for Personal Information. If we introduce such programs in the future, we will provide a description of the material terms and how to opt in or withdraw and ensure any program complies with applicable law.
