These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Open Streets LNC, owned and operated by Nadia Faeti ("Open Streets LNC," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
These Terms include important provisions, including mandatory arbitration and a class action waiver, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

For purposes of these Terms: (a) "User" means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Services; (b) "Content" means text, images, graphics, audio, video, data, market information, articles, tutorials, reviews, ratings, and any other materials available through the Services; (c) "User Content" means Content submitted, posted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by Users; (d) "Third-Party Services" means any products, services, data feeds, content, or resources provided by third parties, including cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, airdrop providers, and analytics platforms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any sanctions or restrictions that prohibit your use of the Services under applicable laws, including United States export control and sanctions laws.
Description of Services
Open Streets LNC is the Ledger Network Commons for cryptocurrency knowledge. Our Services include unbiased coin profiles, exchange reviews, wallet guides, curated airdrops, market analysis, DeFi insights, trading tips, token listing information, real-time and historical data summaries, and step-by-step tutorials for beginners and professionals.
We may update, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
All Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal choices. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
No Brokerage, Custody, or Money Transmission
Open Streets LNC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, money services business, money transmitter, custodian, exchange, or clearinghouse, and does not execute, clear, settle, or custody transactions. We do not accept deposits or hold customer funds or assets. References to exchanges, wallets, or service providers are informational only.
Market Data, Reviews, and Third-Party Content
Market data, prices, volumes, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors. Reviews, ratings, and opinions may be subjective and should not be relied upon as factual statements or endorsements. Third-Party Content and links to Third-Party Services are provided for convenience, and we do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for them. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.
User Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, non-compliance, or misuse.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, remove, or edit User Content for any reason, subject to applicable law.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Provide or disseminate false, misleading, or deceptive information, including market manipulation or impersonation.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with security or functionality, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services without our express written consent, except as permitted by applicable law that cannot be waived.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas except as permitted by law.
- Use the Services to promote scams, pyramid schemes, pump-and-dump activities, or illegal airdrops.
- Infringe or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and Content (excluding User Content) are owned by Open Streets LNC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Any use not expressly permitted is prohibited.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, comments, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit such feedback without restriction or attribution.
Affiliate Relationships and Sponsored Content
We may receive compensation from third parties in connection with reviews, referrals, or links to third-party products or services. Such relationships may influence placement or presentation but do not affect our commitment to provide fair and accurate information. You should independently verify claims before acting.
Airdrops, Promotions, and Giveaways
Information regarding airdrops or promotions is provided for informational purposes only. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT CONTENT IS CURRENT OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OPEN STREETS LNC, NADIA FAETI, OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Open Streets LNC, Nadia Faeti, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your User Content.
Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties. You and we agree to arbitrate in our individual capacities only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding; THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name and address. If you opt out, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue set forth below.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law.
Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date or providing notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails and in-Service messages. Legal notices to us must be sent to the address listed under Contact Information. We may provide notices by email, posting within the Services, or postal mail.

Beta Features and Availability

Except as expressly permitted, you may not systematically access, query, or download Content to create or augment a separate database or service. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or attribution. Any permitted automated access must respect robots directives and reasonable rate limits.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or governmental actions.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter.
